It was a very nice weekend. I enjoyed my Father's Day and hope you other father's did as well (though I don't know any father's that read this blog). Kim surprised me Saturday by doing housework while KC and I were doing one of the five houses he does yard work for - I arranged for some summer income for him. He paid for scout camp and is earning some really good spending $. So, having a clean house (I didn't have to clean) made the whole weekend more enjoyable. Sunday morning the kids wanted me to open presents, so I accomodated them. They were especially excited because they had chipped in some of their own money on gifts. They really spoiled me and I did feel guilty. I am just bad at receiving; much better at giving. After that, I made a nice breakfast while Kim & the kids were busy making yummy deserts for later. After church, we changed clothes and went to the Dey's to share Father's Day dinner. It was a very nice day!
