I hope y'all had a wonderful Mother's Day! Y'all have earned it! Kim enjoyed hers very much. KC and I started the day by making a big family breakfast with our favorite homemade Banana Chocolate Chip pancakes, smoked sausage w/ fresh white onion, scrambled eggs, and Kim's favorite OJ. She had requested Hawiian Haystacks for her special dinner. So we invited the Dey's and our next door neighbor Wanda as well (her husband is in Katar [1 year], home next month) and added some of Wanda's freshly made Spring Rolls and Fruit Salad from the Dey's. Wow, was it ever tasty! Kim was later showered with Mother's Day appreciation gifts - spoiled!
