Hello to anyone who is reading this! I am so sorry for my 'sloth'-fulness in updating our blog. We have been crazy busy! I just returned from a business trip this week and due to a Tornado warning today had to pick up Brayden from school and bring him home. Yes, a couple of funnel clouds were reported as touching down, so here we are. He is taking a nap and I am just going to catch y'all up a bit.
Lets see...June was quite a blur - I remember 1st week - Kim on a business trip in AZ, 2nd week - I was on business in South Padre Island (you gotta go there!!!), 3rd week - Kimy went to Youth Conference, 4th week - KC went to Scout Camp and I spent the last two days with him - then the month ended...wow.
Well, I had every intention of posting pictures at least once a week and updating y'all on all our comings and goings - what's that about the path to H - E double hockey sticks is paved with...anyways, I will work on it, along with my many other projects! Really! You know, I turned the big 40 the same month I made our first post and I am almost on the downsloap now, so it is just that short-term memory thing - ha, ha! Just kiddin'.

Hate to tell you, that June is not the blur, life is the blur. Now that you've passed the half-way point things won't be like they were when you were climbing slowly up the ladder of the slippery slide, Now you get to slide down, and the pace quickens.
(Ha,ha.)
South Padre got wiped out with a hurricane, didn't it? We have been there, but honestly, we think we like North Padre Island better.
